About the Project
At Furleys Bar & Grill, we undertook a comprehensive revitalisation of the establishment to enhance both its ambiance and profitability. Our first step was to appoint a new manager who possessed the right skills and vision to lead the team effectively. With leadership in place, we shifted our focus to refreshing the menu, infusing it with a fun and engaging twist that resonates with our target audience. This new menu not only emphasises creativity but also aims to attract a broader customer base. To ensure seamless implementation, we conducted thorough training sessions for the staff on the updated offerings, enhancing their confidence in delivering exceptional service. As a result of these initiatives, we successfully turned around the shop's financial performance, steering it back into profitability while creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
